Nepal's economy is showing signs of recovery after a period of slowdown. GDP growth forecasts for fiscal year 2025 (FY2025) vary, with IMF expecting 4.0%, Asian Development Bank (ADB) - 4.4%, World Bank - 4.5%, and Nepal National Statistical Office (NSO) is 4.61%. These figures are higher than the estimated growth of 3.9% for FY2024. In the medium term (FY26-FY27), growth is expected to accelerate to an average of 5.4% per year.
